Since 1994 Patrick Severance has been training horses full time. Perfect Circle Horses takes client horses to start, rehabilitate and finish as using horses and performance horses in reined cowhorse and cutting. Patrick Severance provides lessons, clinics and coaching to non-pro competitors in reined cowhorse. I am now spending much more time on a large working cattle ranch in eastern montana, offering the opportunity for my horses to get lots of “miles on work”.
Our Goal:
To incorporate the principals of natural horsemanship with the athletic foundations of performance horse competition. This Foundation-to-Performance process develops horses that are safe and solid for trail, ranch and arena enjoyment and success. This training process is oriented to creating the whole horse and therefore balances foundation and variety, including riding out in the hills and working cattle, with any specific goals. Patrick Severance is Perfect Circle Horses and strives to deliver a safe, educational, personal and professional equine experience to all clients whether taking lessons, clinics, booking horses for training or showing as a non-pro.
